Film Expo India 2026 is a fully digital submission platform. All film submissions, payments, certificates, and communications are delivered electronically. There is no physical product to ship for standard submissions.
1. What Gets Delivered Digitally
All deliverables associated with your submission are provided online or via email:
- Payment Confirmation Email — Delivered to your registered email address within 5–10 minutes of successful payment.
- GST Invoice / Receipt — Available in your dashboard and sent via email immediately after payment.
- Submission Confirmation — Email with your unique submission code (e.g. FEI-2026-XXXXXX) sent after payment.
- Selection Notification — Email notification of selection or non-selection sent by August 2026.
- Official Selection Laurels — High-resolution digital image (.PNG) emailed to selected filmmakers.
- Certificate of Screening — Digital PDF certificate emailed to selected filmmakers after the event.

3. DCP Submission for Selected Films
If your film is selected for physical screening at Bharat Mandapam, ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, you will be required to deliver a DCP (Digital Cinema Package):
- Format: Unencrypted DCP, J2K Interop or SMPTE, 24/25fps only.
- DCP must be delivered to our technical team via physical hard drive by courier or digital transfer via agreed file-sharing service.
- All DCP courier costs are borne by the filmmaker. Film Expo India does not reimburse shipping costs for DCP delivery.
- DCP delivery address and deadline will be communicated to selected filmmakers separately via email.
- We recommend using reputable courier services (Blue Dart, FedEx, DHL) with tracking for DCP delivery.
- Film Expo India is not responsible for DCPs lost or damaged in transit to our office.
- We will insure DCPs against damage or loss from the time they arrive at our venue until they are dispatched back to you.
4. Email Delivery Issues
If you do not receive expected emails (payment confirmation, selection notification):
- Check your spam or junk mail folder first.
- Log in to your dashboard — all submission information and status is available there.
- Add info@filmexpoindia.in to your email safe senders list.
- Contact us at info@filmexpoindia.in if you still haven't received expected communications within 24 hours.
